Your qualifications and skills

Successfully graduated studies or degree in computer science or equivalent education in computer science including formal training programs
Experience with configurable standard software environments, ideally IFS Field Service management software
Experience in introducing and supporting software projects
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, T-SQL and databases
Experience in GUI and UX Design
Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills, high ability to work in a team
Fluent English skills (minimum C1-Level) and good German skills (minimum B1-Level)
Willingness to travel (international; approx. 60 days/year)
Class B driving license mandatory

Your responsibilities

Responsibility and support of the field service and asset management software CCUBE
Collaboration with the international project team and other departments in a global matrix organization
Contact person as well as 1st & 2nd level support for the REMA TIP TOP network
Collection and processing of feedback and requirements for the optimization and further development of CCUBE software
Creation of bug reports and independent development of solutions
Configuration and customization of the system according to user specifications
Analysis and implementation of system interfaces
Conducting user trainings and workshops, including on-site introductions at customer locations
Coordination of conception and implementation with external IT service providers
