Your qualifications and skills

  • Successfully graduated studies or degree in computer science or equivalent education in computer science including formal training programs
  • Experience with configurable standard software environments, ideally IFS Field Service management software
  • Experience in introducing and supporting software projects
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, T-SQL and databases
  • Experience in GUI and UX Design
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills, high ability to work in a team
  • Fluent English skills (minimum C1-Level) and good German skills (minimum B1-Level)
  • Willingness to travel (international; approx. 60 days/year)
  • Class B driving license mandatory

Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility and support of the field service and asset management software CCUBE
  • Collaboration with the international project team and other departments in a global matrix organization
  • Contact person as well as 1st & 2nd level support for the REMA TIP TOP network
  • Collection and processing of feedback and requirements for the optimization and further development of CCUBE software
  • Creation of bug reports and independent development of solutions
  • Configuration and customization of the system according to user specifications
  • Analysis and implementation of system interfaces
  • Conducting user trainings and workshops, including on-site introductions at customer locations
  • Coordination of conception and implementation with external IT service providers
