Your qualifications and skills
- Successfully completed technical studies or equivalent education. Specialization in information technology or computer science is advantageous
- Strong IT affinity
- Experience in project management, leading international interdisciplinary projects (global matrix organization)
- Knowledge in change management, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Proficient use of project management software
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation and problem-solving, as well as high independence and analytical thinking
- Confident presence and assertiveness in an international and interdisciplinary environment
- Fluent English & German skills, additional languages are advantageous
- Willingness to travel (international; approx. 60 days/year)
- Class B driving licence
Your responsibilities
- Project management and control of the international implementation and rollout of the Field Service & Asset Management platform REMA CCUBE
- Support for the digital transformation of REMA TIP TOP organizations
- Creation of project plans and monitoring and control of all project phases
- Assistance in implementing planned tasks both centrally and locally on-site (internationally)
- Stakeholder management: Identification and management of stakeholders
- Risk and change management: Identification and minimization of project risks
- Regular communication on the project status with management
- Sales support and consulting on REMA CCUBE and other products
- Capture and consolidation of feedback and requirements for the optimization and further development of REMA CCUBE
