Your qualifications and skills
- Successfully graduated technical studies or equivalent education. Specialization in information technology or computer science is are advantageous
- Strong IT affinity
- Experience in project management, leading international interdisciplinary projects (global matrix organization)
- Knowledge in change management, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation and problem-solving, as well as high independence and analytical thinking
- Confident presence and assertiveness in an international and interdisciplinary environment
- Fluent English skills (minimum C1-Level) and good German skills (minimum B1-Level)
- Willingness to travel (international; approx. 60 days/year)
- Class B driving licence mandatory
Your responsibilities
- Project management and lead of the international implementation and rollout of the Field Service & Asset Management platform CCUBE
- Support for the digital transformation of REMA TIP TOP organizations
- Creation of project plans including monitoring and control of all project phases
- Identification and management of stakeholders, risks and change
- Regular reporting and feedback on the project status with management
- Sales support, consulting and workshops on CCUBE software and other products
- Contributing ideas for the further development of CCUBE based on customer feedback
